After 2 years and 8 months of general use it stopped working. We were able to diagnose the issue, ordered parts to fix it ourselves, but it turned out to be impossible to take apart….and my husband knows how to do these things. During the short life of the machine it was fine and did an ok job but now we’re shopping for a machine that’s more basic and accessible for home repair.

The amount of clothes that can hold and wash. You can monitor the washing with your phone and remote control as well. So far I am loving this machine.

So why do they have a tiny fragile door latch that snaps in half easily rendering it useless? We’ve gone through 8 replacements so far. Now the motor failed and requires $700 to fix. We have only had this washer for TWO (2) years. A warranty plan was NOT available at the time of purchase. Don’t buy it.

Had a major spill that took 3 veey large towels to soak up and all went into washer and got clean without residual smell! Take your time on choices and remember sometimes you don’t have to worry cause the machine remembers last program.

The rinse/spin cycle does an excellent job; at times I can just hang up the clothes to air dry. Very good washing options and digital displays. The water spout inside the washer is nice to hand wash clothes.
