Struggles with my large quilts the salesman swore it would be able to handle. In the end it may just need adjusting by hand if gets out of balance. Just wish I had a machine i could throw a blanket in and not stand there to make sure we don't have a miniature earthquake. Other than that, seems to be a good machine, but haven't used much yet.

Had an LG washer for 7 years and had problems with it for the last 3 yrs. Always out of balance "UE" symbol on the screen. Was repaired 2 times still the same problem even with very little cloths in it. Trying the Maytag because of the high rating an made in the USA. It seems better than the LG so far. Won't ever buy an LG washer again.

I have had my washing machine for 3 weeks and LOVE it! The basket is deep so there is room for lots of clothes! I chose this machine because I can control the water temp, spin speed, and dirt level. Well, I don’t need it. All the settings are precisely what I would have chosen based on the cycle (normal, bulky, colors, etc). The clothes come out smelling clean (replaced a front loader). So far I am happy.

Can do big loads with no issue! Absolutely in love!

Love that this machine holds a large bed quilt or a small load of lightweight clothing. Efficient and easy to use (even though I'm not computer-competent.)

Nice machine. My only complaint is when washing bulky items, especially bedding and quilts....machine repeatedly stops spinning because machine indicates clothes/bedding is out of balance. We have to constantly adjust/re-arrange items and sometimes have to remove one or two items and spin one item at a time.

I’ve been using my new Maytag for a couple of months now. No problems, it washes beautifully, doesn’t give me a continuous alert that I need to run the “clean” cycle like my old machine , also doesn’t display clearly what the settings are for each of the various cycles - so if I want to know what temp a particular cycle is I need to press the temp button to find out.

Thought the app controller was gimmicky... But it's so handy!! Love my new washer and dryer, they're a great size for everything from a few delicates to comforters! The water fall for prewashing is a game changer too

Purchased February 22,2021 cleans very well, love the size and cycles it offers. But not to happy with balancing sensor. When washing bulky items or a couple of items it gets unbalanced. It extends the time of washing cycle or stops after try to balance a couple of times. So I have to adjust the items a couple of times til it balanced enough to spin. Also the touch key for power doesn’t work at times after a couple of weeks of delivery. Repairman ordered new board.

We are delighted with our new washing machine. Easy to operate and very quiet.

No center agitation pole in this top loader was new for us but it really does a fantastic job and the extra space given back is wonderful. Loads of settings and features makes this machine a win for us.

The guys did a great job installing the washer and dryer! The first time I ran the dryer, there was an error displayed about the vent. I moved the dryer away from the wall, and the error went away. I'm waiting for my son to come from Houston to fix the vent. Right now the dryer is about 10 inches from the wall to work. The vent was too twisted to run correctly when pushed up even with the washer. I'm not sure if I need a new outdoor vent or if we can get the vent straightened out to work correctly with the dryer pushed back against the wall.

Easy to use, huge tub for bigger loads!! I would recommend yo anyone

Love the ease of use. It handles large liads with ease.

I usually do not write negative reviews but here goes. This machine works fine for large loads but not with small loads. It becomes unbalanced and is difficult to get the load to complete the cycle. I end up having to unplug the machine and have to start over. Sometimes I pull the wash out and wring it by hand. As for the app? Well, I do not have enough bandwidth to use it. And to try to find more information on-line to use the washing machine is impossible. Luckily, Best Buy is letting me return the machine after only using if for two weeks. I am very disappointed.

Super quiet large capacity deep washer. My only minor issue is that I’m 5’2” & couldn’t reach the bottom to remove a piece of lint after washing towels. Solution: a one-step stool. Just had it installed 3 days ago & so far…no problems with the washer. Love it!
