Have had this four months and it’s broken with water and clothes locked it. Not pumping, drum has dropped inside, lid won’t open. Maytag isn’t open on the weekend to schedule any service. Waited on hold an hour with the automated system hanging up on me three times before I got to a person. Now I have to wait for service and if they can’t fix it I’m directed to call and wait on hold again. The machine is bad and the customer service is worse. I did purchase the Best Buy extended warranty and they have now told me it isn’t usable until the manufacturer warranty is up so I’m stuck dealing with Maytag and apparently paid for the Best Buy plan for no reason. Before it broke I would still not recommend. Unbalances frequently and is very noise when sensing and draining.
