Bestbuy screwed me over with totaltech, bought a second one to keep matching the dryer and we are two months in and it’s already making noises. Keep in mind I didn’t use it for a month because I went out of town.

Actually read the instructions on this machine because the features were such an improvement over our old machine and it took a few loads to make sure we used them. Love the efficiency of this machine, even with the short time we have used it. With the electronics on this machine [and the dryer we purchased as a pair] we covered our future maintenance with additional repair insurance beyond the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

My wife hated that washer. Prior to buying the LG we always had Maytag or Whirlpool and I decided to go back to Maytag. This washer is great and very nice to have wifi technology to tell us when the wash is complete.

The only issue is that I am 5 feet 3 inches and have to use a stool to reach bottom and also kind of loud when spinning.
