If you are buying because you think maytag is depenable, think again. My 4yo Maytag washer broke in January 2024. It was not repairable so i had to get a new washing machine. I purchased this washer and 7 months later it is not working. I have to deal with Maytag directly because it is less than 1 yo. Well that is a joke. I am paying for a washing machine i can’t use because it is broken and they can’t send service to look at it for 2 weeks. So if you want a headache, here is your perfect washer.

Worst purchase we’ve ever made.

It’s been broken for almost two months now and they only give us the run around. They say they can’t find the parts and refuse to give us a replacement. We just asked to speak to a supervisor and we were told that they don’t have supervisors in that department and we would have to submit a supervisor request form. Sounds like a joke, but it’s not. The rep just hung up on my wife when she said “We just want to know when we can get our brand new washer fixed.”
