Washer is cooperating and is doing a good job of washing my clothes.

I love the size of the drum to allow for more clothes within one load to wash rather than having multiple loads of clothes to wash. Overall this saves in time, water and power.

I've been experiencing nothing but problems with this washing machine since I purchased it. From issues as simple as the fabric softener not dispensing to consistently encountering an uneven load no matter the number or weight of items in the washer. Additionally, it emits a clicking noise that I can hear from anywhere in the house. I acquired this washer in May of 2022, and I've already had to call for servicing three times. Despite its large capacity, it feels like I'm able to wash even fewer items effectively.

Nice improvement over their previous 10-year-old model. All the features they took away back then are in this one. Water level settings etc. Only problem we have found is that when it's time to clean the washer, you have to stop washing clothes and clean the washer.

The spin cycle sounds like air force one! We’re hoping it’s an installation problem.

Washer is great and does a really good job at taking out stains with our bleach just wish they delivered the exact one I asked for, with the removable middle piece

Disappointed sums up our experience with this brand new washer. It's been in our home in service for two months and haven't been happy with it since it arrived. We had a service call today for some error codes and because the machine would not use water on small loads. The technician informed us that we shouldn't wash small loads, wait for the laundry to accumulate. (Really?? We have one person with allergies that needs special detergent) We were also told that we shouldn't wash one king sized comforter alone because the machine couldn't self-balance with just the one item (king-sized comforter apparently isn't large enough). Lastly, the technician told us not to use the EXTRA POWER button and he's not sure why they put it on the machine. We're a family of four, not an army. A washing machine should wash clothes regardless of the amount of clothes in it. This is a lemon and since I'm beyond the return date with Best Buy I'm stuck. I would suggest purchasing another machine.

Did a lot of research before buying this. Dont waste your time there is no set of washer dryer with perfect rating. After a lot of research we just bought the maytag because of course it's maytab and been a month with no problem, will update if this changes.
