As soon as we used it, I noticed it was very loud during the wash cycle and sounded like there were ball bearings rolling around. I had no idea if this was normal as I never had a washer sound like that. When the repair man came out to fix the dryer in April 2024 we had him take a look. He stated it was not normal and required repair. He "repaired" in on 4/29. I'm not sure what he did as it doesn't sound any different. I thought Maytag was a reliable brand. I thought wrong.

Love the sensing feature for water level. The Impeller is great and clothes no longer come out all tangled together. Also like the clear top , it makes viewing during the wash easy.
