works great. But can't figure out the remote start which was one reason to buying it.

DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER. By the time you know you hate it, it won't be returnable. Key features at make this a nightmare: Any spin cycle will NOT release adequate water. I've experimented all spin cycles and your clothes are going to go into your dryer WET, you can wring them by hand better. Anything with weight, like 4 towels, will send it walking around your laundry room. It's a shame I can't leave the house when doing laundry because I ALWAYS come back home to the cycle stopping due to uneven load. So I have to reach in and more the 4 towels around... specifically placing them in the most human-ally balance attempt (then fingers crossed). SPIN SUCKS. Next is the area of adding fabric softener. The pull out drawer (that is SO cheap) is a joke, the fabric softener runs right out the back, and NO I'm not over filling. Or no matter how softly you slide the drawer back (like I'm pushing it back with my pinky finger) the minute it is in the back position, ALL the fabric softener drops out the back. This has happened 100 times. Next is about reaching in. I'm 5'8" and getting to the sock at the bottom isn't easy, I have to tippy-toe it! The next is probably the issue that is the worst. Your clothes will TWIST UP and stretch out! You will be untwisting all your clothes before putting them into the dryer (wet). By the way, its matching dryer (gas) does not dry. I have to put it on times dry for 40 minutes. Any other timed cycle DOES NOT DRY.

I hate this washer. It constantly gets “unbalanced.” Sheets, towels, blankets, clothes - it doesn’t matter - it gets unbalanced, the machine jumps around about 4 inches and then it stops and I have to manually re-distribute the clothes. This happens about 1/3 of the time. I always evenly distribute the items when putting them in and somehow they always end up in a tangled ball. Save yourself a headache and don’t buy this machine.

I like the variety of cycles, the see through lid, the add water feature and how well it spins the clothes almost dry. I like that the lid delays a bit before locking when it starts up. Very happy after 2 weeks!

Clothes are cleaner than I have seen them since moving into this house.

We purchased the previous model almost 5 years ago. We called the Geek Sqaud to do a routine maintenance. The tech found that the transmission was faulty. Best Buy decided to give us full credit so we purchased the newer model.

Just needs to rinse clothes a little better it is quiet

The washing machine works great. You can wash a lot of clothes in it. Controls are easy to understand. The only complaint is that the tub is so deep that if you are 5’6” or shorter, it is hard to get the clothes off the bottom.

I'm very pleased with my new washing machine. I had a front loader prior, but find this new top loader superior

Good machine too hard to get clothes out. Wish i had gotten front loader. Not like the Neptune.

Great wash capability but louder than previous machine.

So far a good product. Very quiet but needs a louder signal because you can't hear it

Still not sure if I like this machine or not. The fact that it agitates as it’s “filling” isn’t my favorite or that it doesn’t actually fill over the clothes. I have to set it to high fill in order for it to even come close to covering the clothes.

Love this washing machine and its many features on it

We absolutely love the new washer. The clothes get much more dryer. Or less wet . I like the extra power button And water level size. In fact we have 2 now. Bought one for my son

I’ve been disappointed. The washer has a hard time discerning and adjusting for load size. Also, there’s been more than one occasion, in the 30 days I’ve had the machine, that the washer has got stuck on a cycle and I had to cancel and start the load again

Works great with lots of options. Very happy with our purchase.

Received August 18th still getting familiar with it

Worked for 19 days and suddenly doesn't turn on anymore, and of course I am outside the 15 day return policy.
