Good just received, a little hard to figure out controls.

I love this washer so far! We have had it for about a month now, without issues or complications. We honestly did not review all of its features before purchase, so the built-in faucet and Bluetooth features are a bonus to us! We were hesitant about buying a washer without a traditional agitator and having a clear lid; however, we are satisfied with this purchase so far. The washer will stop if the load needs to be rebalanced rather than continuing the cycle while imbalanced. This is reassuring as far as long-term maintenance.

Made in America. Exactly what I was looking for. Every other place was months out on delivery. Couldnt wait. Best Buy always takes care of me.

Beautiful and works so good. Only minus is that the tub is so deep. My husband had to get me a pinchy to get the clothes in the bottom. But I will make due.

Maytag, the leaders in appliances in the USA, a native product that last forever.

Our copy failed about 10 months. We called for service when it started making a horrible whirring and banging noise during spin. The repair lasted about a week and we called again. The second tech put in a request for replacement. We swapped the dud for an LG on sale and received about a $200 credit. A tiresome process, but Best Buy had our back. I wish all consumer vendors did as well. Thank you Best Buy.

Outstanding quality, really fit the bill for what we needed.

The washer works fine although it takes longer to complete a load than I was used to.

Had all of the features we needed and then some at a really great price, We Love our New Best Buy Maytag.

The day we had the washer delivered (and setup), we noticed the laundry not being cleaned. After the second day we called Best Buy and they transferred me to Whirlpool and Whirlpool set up an appointment with a local repair shop, but failed to let the repair shop know about the appointment. Eventually the repair shop came out and found that the brand new washer failed 2 out of the 3 test they ran. It will take at least a week to get replacement parts, but this is a brand new washer. Should it need it?
