Definitely not a good product for the environment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We are not thrilled with this washer because it does not wash the clothes properly. We place the adequate amount of detergent as per instructions and the water does not fill a quarter of the washer. At the end of the cycle, we have to run 1 or 2 and sometimes even 3 cycles in order to rinse the load. There is no way to get enough water to wash and rinse properly. We understand that saving water is a social responsibility for all, but this product is not contributing to this cause. Instead we have to run several cycles in order to obtain the desired washing and rinsing outcome. Little clothes load, medium clothes load, or no clothes; it is the same problem. There is no way to get around it.

Disappointing Product and Repair Experience.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our washer lasted a total of 13 months and after three repair attempts, Best Buy simply said they did not know how to fix it for less than the cost of a new washer. It worked reasonably well during the warranty period and issues started almost immediately upon warranty expiration. This was the worst appliance experience I have ever had with any manufacturer and the worst repair service as well.
