It malfunctions all the time and report issues through the app constantly. Maytag does nothing to help, they just send generic responses that never actually solve anything. I'm writing this review after having this washer for 1yr and 9 months and looking to buy a new one because i cant handle the inconvenience of a washer that never works properly. Biggest waste of $1,000 ever, save your money and buy an old school cheaper one.

Always wondered if it did or if it was just the detergent that made clothes smell better. Today proved it doesn’t actually clean your clothes. My daughter’s rain jacket had some mud streaks on it. They were still there after washing it. They now wipe off with a cloth but that just means this washer is a very expensive sink.

Maytag washing machine

Best Buy had to swap 3 sets out in the first 30 days. The washer locks up daily and now wont wash a single load. It just sits there and after 4 minutes is says wash complete. My experience with Maytag's customer service has been terrible. Definitely not the Maytag quality I remember.

Bad Magtag
