However the installation portion was very badly done. :( The installer broke the cold water pipe and we haven't been able to contact BEST BUY to have it repaired. :(

Continued problems

Would have cost $600.00 if not under warranty. Having maytag come out again in 2/3 due to another noise while spinning. Got the matching dryer as well. Its making a scraping noise. It will be looked at on 2/3/23 as well. Glad i got the 5yr coverage.

2.5 years and out!

Would not purchase

Waited 3-4 days for a replacement to be installed and not even a week later it did the same thing! Would definitely not recommend

Very unhappy

I bought without agitator to be able to wash larger bulky items. It can’t balance them and just fills with water over and over. It stays balance when you load lots of clothes however they end up in a twisted mess. So mad I missed the window to exchange

Leaves a residue on dark clothing

I think it may be detergent residue. I'm looking for a fix for this instead of taking a wet cloth and wiping it off.

I have had the service people out and the confirm that this product has its main tub out of wack!. I would galdy trade this for a real washing machine.

Maytag washer

Maytag washer is constantly readjusting load and will sporadically shut off due to uneven load
