Dries as desired. Easy to use. Average for the money.

When our old Kenmore washer gave out it was time for a new one. We looked at replacing it with another Kenmore but then decided to look around . That's when we found the Maytag set and couldn't find a reason to look any further. The washer is fantastic gets clothes really clean with less water. The dryer is also great does what it says it will do. Dries clothes the first time.

I haven't had any problems yet. Fits a large load of laundry and is quiet.

My high-end 11-year old washer gave out, so I had to get a new one. Bought economical since we’ll likely be selling/moving in next 5 years. My high-end dryer was fine, but decided to replace both so they’ll be a matching selling feature of house. The dryer is fine for basic needs. It has an energy-preferred setting, which is nice but it still seems to take a while to dry items. There is no visual timer, so you can’t see how much time is estimated to end of cycle. In fact, there are no lights on the display at all. The alarm has a dial to adjust the level of output sound, but even at low it is very annoying. I have simply shut it off. The dryer sits about 1-2 inches taller than washer, which I was told is how Maytag/Whirlpool manufacturers them. That is very disappointing. But...hey, it dries my clothes and for that I’m thankful. I will definitely go back to high-end at my next house as I really miss the added features. For the money, though...this set is pretty good.

It’s a really nice sturdy dryer. My only cons would be that it’s a tiny little bit louder than my previous dryer-which had all the bells and whistles but cost $1200 and died in four years- and I wish the door opened a bit smoother. I would buy it again and highly recommend it!!

Maytag which is also known as whirlpool is a great brand. This dryer is quick to dry your clothe and it also has wrinkle free.

I enjoy this dryer because it's relatively quiet, performs as stated in previous reviews and includes a 10 Year Warranty on the major parts.

Dryer works well. It drys. Needed to reverse door so the guys whom delivered said the instructions are in the manual. Unfortunately they were not but I was able to download information from online. Also was scratched in the front but was address by Bestbuy.
