My previous dryer is also Maytag, but it is slowly losing its performance. The new one which I replaced is worse than the old one. It takes minimum 3 hrs for an average load. When I called the best buy, there is not much help from them because their return policy is 15 days according to the Customer service agent. I am disappointed with this order.
