    When I first saw the water level I thought that I would have to call for service as the water barely covered the clothes. Humm, I thought that there was no way the clothes could come clean with this new way of 'saving water' and clean too. But by gosh it cleaned better than the older washer that filled to top! Amazing!

    We bought this to replace a 15-year-old dryer that died somewhat suddenly (okay...not so suddenly - it had been wearing down noticeably the last two years or so). I would not describe the new features on this dryer as "bells and whistles" because they are actually useful. It works as advertised and that's all you can ask I think.

    I was told by a professional to buy either a Maytag or Whirlpool dryer and to avoid models with all kinds of sensors. I believe this model does use some sensors but not as many as the competing "smart" dryers. My complaint is the door needs to be slammed to latch properly. Not thrilled with that.
