I have only used this dryer for a short period of time time. Thus far all of my expectations have been met. Clothes have fewer wrinkles at the end of the cycle, although the wrinkle control is not turned on, even when they are left in the dryer for extended periods of time.

Purchased in 2016. Good for the price but make sure you purchase the service plan!! Third service call since I purchased. Mechanical issues not user errors.

Works really well and love the wrinkle protection feature so it keeps tumbling the clothes to reduce wrinkles. Also enjoy the ability to change the volume of the buzzer.

when you go spend $1300 on a brand new washer and dryer and pay for installation you kinda think its going to work when all is said and done. Nope. The dryer has been going for 12 hours straight and the clothes get hot but not dry. The instruction manual says you can check the vent hose (which was clogged at the wall, but no one installing bothered to check) or you can adjust the legs to make sure the washer is level side to side and front to back (but apparently no one installing bothered to check). So after trying all of those I still have my whole family’s clothes in piles around the laundry room, NO clean clothes, and school starts in a couple days for the kids. Oh, and when i called customer service to tell them my dryer wasnt working, they said they could send someone out. In another day or two! thanks best buy

Not much to say here, we bought the matching dryer for the washing machine and it hasn't disappointed. Huge drum, runs smooth. We have had times that we needed to run the cycle twice to completely dry some loads, but other than that it's great.

This replaced an old dryer I had that did not have the "dry sensor" I will never get another dryer with out that sensor. It does a great job stopping when clothes are done. Sometimes towels are not quite done, but it is nice to set it and forget it.

I had a problem with a Samsung dryer recently and replaced it with this. I really like the simplicity of this unit and expect that it will hold up and provide many years of service. My only complaint is the buzzer at the completion of a cycle is very loud.

We had purchased a Maytag washer before this and when our old dryer went out we decided once again to be a Maytag Family. Before this we had owned both a dryer and washer from Maytag. The units lasted a long time and had little or no down time.

I love my dryer. It’s easy to use and it dries at the first run. My old one I used to have to run it 50 million times it felt like. If they are towels and I do the right setting it will dry them all in one run. Thank you Best Buy outlet!

We purchased this dryer after our old Maytag finally broke. For the price it isn’t a bad product. It definitely doesn’t work like the old ones do, but for the price, it does the job.

The dryer works well after you figure out what the different settings actually mean. I wish the buzzer when it is done was a little louder. It is in the basement and even when set to the loudest setting we can barely hear it.

This dryer is very efficient in dryer clothes and towels in a short time. It has a large drum and does not wrinkle anything. I highly recommend for a less expensive option for a dryer. It matches my Maytag washer

I wanted to buy a samsung and all they had was this, so I bought this. What a great mix up!!! This turned out to better than anything I had hoped for. Both this and the matching washer are great. I would highly recommend.

Perfect compliment to new Maytag washer. Very simple controls and all settings needed for any drying task. Best Buy set up and haul away worked very well with curious and efficient crew.

It's a good dryer, not fancy but it works well. My only issue is that the door opens on the wrong side and it would have been a pain to replace it so I kept it the way it was delivered.

This dryer runs great so far, and has an alarm setting to let you know when the laundry is done. There's also a sensor setting you can choose for it to automatically run until your clothes are dry, which is pretty nice!!

Dried slower than expected. Have to close dryer door hard to have it stayed close. Vent system is below par but may be best buy’s Issue not Maytag’s.

This dryer is a great basic dryer for those who don’t want digital displays or bells and whistles. There are enough settings for any type of drying needed. I would recommend this dryer.

I am very very impressed about my Maytag dryer all the features excellent I love it I wish I had gotten this dryer 7 months ago but I'm enjoying it and having a great time drying my clothes thank you

I love this dryer, because it dry your clothes so fast about one hour. It last long and you can dry it so often before throwing the trash inside away.
