The door sticks and is hard to close or pull open. It takes forever for a load to dry and sometimes is seems as if it never really drys. Sometimes it randomly starts shaking even if it is a small load inside.

Auto dry is great

It does not dry clothes very well. Always need to put the clothes back in. I’ve tried every setting even the sanitize setting (supposed to be the hottest) and 70 minutes and still had to give the load more time.

It is so loud I can hear it from 3 rooms away. Also I do not like the way it cleans. I know how to load this type of machine so that is not the issue. Some clothes aren't even wet at the end of the cycle. I regret this purchase.

Posted .SJNC, with respect, the loading of new HE washers is very important and has a strong impact on performance. Part of the HE system is the spin, we spin the clothes in the washer and lighter weight fabrics can actually have dry spots from just the spin. This will reduce the time and energy required in the dryer. Purchased a new electric cord with the dryer because I was told they would install the unit at no additional cost if i purchased the electric cord. At delivery I was told they are short staffed and did not have time to install ir unpack the unit. All he could do is drop off at my garage.

There is a ventilation issue
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first brought it home i hooked it up with the ventilation hose it came with and attached it to the exhalation port outside. My clothes would never be fully dry after a full cycle. (70+ mins). I had to eventually take the exhaust hose off and move it away from the wall, only then will my clothes be fully dry on the hottest setting. This is a poor dryer save your self the trouble.

After being assured that it could - and after ordering (from Amazon) the recommended re-venting kit - when the dryer was delivered, it was immediately obvious that it could only be vented from the rear. The dryer is being returned and we have found a suitable dryer at a different retailer.
