I live in an apt and the dryer was too big. This is a machine that belongs in a house with space. I returned it and exchanged it for the GE Stackable Dryer which is a lot smaller.

I was told I was getting a partial refund but I haven't received 1 cent in 3 months. Best Buy refuses to help or is incompetent. Pick one.

Twice had to turn the dryer on in order for the door to close, then turn the knob off. Call Geek Square for appointment.

Cleaned lint trap after every single load… no longer heats as of April 20, 2025. Not even had it 2 years and it doesn’t work and nothing is covered. Good luck if you purchase.

Maytag dryer arrived with no feet.

The installer said it wasn't supposed to have feet. I talked to Chad at the service desk and he said it was supposed to have feet. It was about 2 inches shorter than the new washer. Chad said he would have a new dryer shipped to me or have someone put a new set of feet on it. That was on a Friday. He said he would look into it and let me know on the next Tuesday. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have ordered the feet on Amazon and my husband will install them himself.

I clean the lint after every cycle and try not to put too many clothes in and it still takes several times even to get clothes somewhat dry "0( I expected better from this brand.

Never never buy this garbage

It makes the most god-awful sound like as if you’re dryer is 100 years old when you just bought it had to return it twice and ended up getting a Maytag.
