    1. the touch controls are sensitive! slightest graze of the power button and you're starting over. 2. the sensing/time adjusting is a little off, certain heavy items will not come out dry, so you'll have to use timed dry or make sure you've picked higher/dryer/hotter settings.

    Bought everything listed on a Tuesday and they delivered on a Thursday. Washer was damaged coming out of the box. Best Buy made me wait a week before they delivered the replacement washer. That's not a big deal except I wash 3 to 4 loads of towels every day for my window cleaning business. I want to know why they can deliver two days after purchase but not two days after they discovered damaged on original washer.
