The touch panel portion of the dryer was for a lower end unit. So the dryer had steam as a feature and the model number was correct, but the touch panel was missing the steam option along with a couple others so it would not work. Trying to convince Best Buy was difficult, but with many pictures and going in twice they finally exchanged it and the second one was correct and is working fine. The matching washer just quit spinning at 90ish days old. No impressed with Maytag at this point and if I could return them and get something else I would. I do not recommend these to anyone based on my experience so far. I specifically researched for reliable washer and dryers, I should have went to another brand it appears. Hope others have better success than I have had.

Poor quality for price and brand

Doesn’t dry clothes completely. Will be returning and getting a different brand. Also bought the washer timer on control panel keeps blinking after a few minutes of cycle starting.

The delicate setting doesn’t get anything dry. I wish the manual was better, but it’s really bare bones and no help at all.
