While not your res,the delay caused my 15 day warranty expire When I tried to turn it on, clothes wouldn’t dry your company said too bad and an independent repair service indicated the computer in the dryer malfunctioned. Awaiting parts to repair

The clothes is cold and wet. I called warranty to get it repaired and I need to wait two weeks for service.

Terrible Service.

We put aside 5 Saturdays to wait for this task to happen. I paid to have my dryer hooked up with a propane conversion kit. It finally happened on the 5th week thanks to Miguel in the customer concierge service. This is the only guy that takes care of customers.
