It runs great and get the job done. The salesman told use it was quit and you want hear it. Was not a true statement, you can hear the noise from the dryer. Also, we got to purchase the warranty, which was good for a use dryer.

The sensor is helpful so you do not overdry your items. We learned from our last machines not to overload the machines. It will last longer.

I try to set to the setting I want, but the dryer won’t start. I have to constantly change to another setting for dryer to turn on. Annoying!

It took 3 months for Maytag to send a technician to finally replace the part. The noise was so loud, I had to move my home office across the house in order to talk on the phone. Eventually, it was replaced and works fine again.

They look great, however, I have had problems since they have arrived. The dryer did not work after they installed it. The dryer would not dry clothes. I had to call and they gave me a new one. It worked for a short time but now my clothes are not completely drying. I also had problems with the washer. It does not complete cycle. It works sometimes if I select a cycle different from appropriate cycle. For example, I had sheets that I wanted to wash on the regular cycle. I tried this cycle twice but it did not complete the cycle so I had to use bulky then it worked. I am going to have to call to get problem fixed, which is ridiculous since I have only used 7 times or so.

He walked us through every detail for the install and nut and bolt that we also needed to purchase/ He made sure there was no loose ends. Thanks and Andy for everything.

We have had 5 service calls scheduled to install our new Maytag washer and dryer. We have another appointment set for Friday, January 15, 2021. The 1st appointment, the washer was damaged, in the box. the 2nd time, both washer and dryer were installed. We noticed the dryer was not lined up with the pedestal so there was a 3rd appointment. That time we were told the dryer had been installed incorrectly and a new pedestal had to be ordered. The 4th appointment, we were told that the wrong screws were used to attach the dryer to the pedestal, so that meant both the dryer and pedestal had to be reordered. Either your installers are poorly trained or Maytag is providing the wrong size screws. I guess this next appointment is #5. In addition to these appointments, there have been numerous phone calls where we had to run through the whole, stupid story. oh, also the dryer is a steam dryer but the last service man told us it was not set up to be utilized that way. It needs a water line connection. I pray this will be the last appointment we have to have to finally get these appliances CORRECTLY installed. This will be the last time we order any large appliances from Best Buy
