I called service and told to call Maytag. Maytag said they could not get out for 11 days and not to use the dryer I I will not buy anything from Best Buy again.

This machine is very loud as is the dryer that came with it. Good thing it was on a concrete floor or it would have shaken the house.

It run then cool down and stopped. We called the store and we were told it's out of the 14 days so we have to contact manufacture. Due to this COVID-19, we don't want people to come to our house yet so we are still waiting but very frustrated. We were told our 14 days free return with no questions asked starts the date of the installation, it was not true. It starts the date of the purchase because we brought the item home they said. So very bad experience for us....

Making a squeaking noise by April. Called and scheduled a service appointment. Same guy has been out 5 times, and was going to come a 6th time. Replaced all kind of parts. Called cust service and they agreed to get me set up with a new dryer. Finally we are getting somewhere. So I should have received a call in 2-3 days. A week goes by so I call. The cust service rep tells me they called twice. If they called they did not leave a message. Why not an email? or text? So she transfers me to the dept that handles that. After holding 10 minutes a message comes on telling me 26 minute wait time. Hey Maytag, I have spent enough time on your problem dryer! Please get me a replacement dryer! Maytag ref# 7725579837. By the way, Do not expect Best Buy to do anything for you after 15 days! You are on your own.
