Great unit that runs very quietly, only downside is the buttons are very touchy and hard to use at times

Only purchased a month ago but so far I am very satisfied with this purchase. Washer operates as designed. At this point I would recommend this product to a friend. Best buy installers were courteous and professional. Negative: the surface scratches easy from zippers and buttons as the clothes are being placed in the washer. Would recommend not getting it in the chrome/gray finish.

I've only had the washer for a week and have washed about six loads of clothes. I'm having issues with the clothes twisting and turning and coming out very wrinkled. I have to experiment with different settings to see if I can prevent this from happening. So far it seems like it is going to be rough on my clothes because it twists them so badly. I do need to go over the user manual more thoroughly and see if I can prevent this. For my delicates, I set it on the lowest spin setting available and they came out without the twisting so I could hang them to dry but they were super wet. Clothes do seem clean, however, I watched it for most of one cycle (an advantage of the glass cover) and it took forever to pull a pair of corduroy pants into the water. It did eventually pull them into the soap/water but had they been super dirty I'm not sure it would have gotten all the dirt out. There are many options with override features which may help when I get used to the machine. Just not sure I'm going to like the way this washer spins and twists the clothing together. I've used an agitator washer all my life so expected this to work similarly. Not yet! I'll change my review if I become happier with it as I use it.

Works well. It’s very large capacity however the door is small
