The tech's installed the washer and turned it on and then they left right away. Right after they left the washer started shaking violently and damaged the paint behind the machine. We called the geek squad number right away, and they told us they could not do anything as they still showed it on the truck and not delievered. We continued to call and finally got some one to come over this past Sat. They said the machine was damaged from the beginning and they techs should have known that. Now we have to wait another week to get them to replace the machine. I have bought a lot from Best Buy over the last couple of years, appliances, T.V.s and more but will think twice of buying anything else after this experience. We are so disappointed with everything from the tech's that delievered the machine to the service we have received since.

We’ve called Best Buy to get a new dryer but they never respond. Waited on phone on 2 occasions for 30 and 45 minutes and no one answered.

The touch controls don’t always register. My mom, a senior citizen, lives with me and half the time I have to push the choices for her. Also, it doesn’t always dry evenly. I have 3 teenagers and lots of towels and athletic wear. I find things damp in center even after a cycle of an hour.

First off never buy appliances from Best Buy! I bought this dryer in March. I also paid 200 bucks extra for the geek squad protection plan. Currently the dryer has not worked for 2 weeks and it will be another month before someone can even come out to diagnose it! Best Buy refuses to repair it until one year has past! They make me contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer could car less about our hurricane struck area and forces you to wait until they get the time! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company!

Not happy with sensor drying
