Does not dry and Best Buy would not take Back

This is a very poor product, the sensors leave the clothes wet, and if you do time dry it takes almost 2 hours for one load on high heat.

Bad dryer/faulty heating ability

The heating element was replaced a year later and then a year later the heating element went out again. Something is not right with the construction of this drywr. Do not recommend.

However, very disappointed! Washing machine shredded my wife's new puffer jacket & ruined a nice sweater! Never dispenses adequate amount of water & doesn't REALLY clean the garments, just rubs them against each other. Also each cycle takes a long time! I could go on, but bottom line is Buyer Beware!

Awful - drier sheets get stuck between lint trap

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dried 6 loads and in every single one the dryer sheet got stuck between the frame for the lint trap slides into and the drum. 1) all the loads came out staticy since the dryer sheet didn't get tossed around with the drying load 2) this could be a fire hazard. Returned and ordered an LG dryer.

Dryer isn’t worth the headache!

I’ve had 4 issues in under a year! I’ve had to have the catch replaced 3 times, and the strike fell off another time. This is such a inconvenience, especially when you’re trying to run an Airbnb.

I wish I had kept my Samsung Dryer

After 6 months it started making weird noises and wasn't heating as well as it did from day one. Now after a year, I am replacing the rear drum rollers because it is chirping so loud the sound is ear piercing. I bought this to replace a Samsung dryer I had for 10 years that all I had to do was replace the heating element. I have a new Samsung dryer on order. I wish i would have just bought another Samsung. It is a nice dryer in all when it's working properly.
