Cons: Door drops down (versus right or left) which makes it a little harder to reach over and get clothes out. Legs are more visible/noticeable and a cheap cream-color (see pic versus older Maytag model (our washer)). Dryer came in box with a dent but Best Buy customer service was good and had a dent-free dryer delivered at no charge. Note: We also have the Geek Squad 5 year protection plan ont the dryer.

My clothes are getting dried properly and quickly, thanks to the moisture-sensing feature. It's so much better than the dryer I owned previously. I also love the drop down door, as opposed to a side opening door, which stops clothing from dropping on the floor when I open it. The only complaint I have is the top of the dryer is not level. Anything put on the top falls to the floor when the dryer is operating.

At 71 years old, having purchased multiple dryers in my lifetime, this one is by far the best! It is easy to use, and has all the settings covering all the types of drying cycles. I highly recommend this dryer!!

The writing on the left side of the dial on the control panel is very light and difficult to read. Functionally, the dryer has met our expectations.

The controls are part dial and part digital and very friendly. Large loads of clothes are drying very well.

Extra large drum and very quiet

Only issue is the dry time is much longer than the fancy gadget dryers and it will not start if the lint trap is full. But overall it’s a good dryer and great for extra large loads of laundry or king size mattress set all fits.

Everything I’ve washed comes out of the dryer just right! The washer and dryer together make doing the laundry a breeze! Highly recommend!

Is the Lint Screen clean?
The lint screen will be located in the door opening of the dryer. A screen blocked by lint can increase drying time. It is imperative to clean your lint screen after every use. https://youtu.be/1ZlmHCFaCnQ
Is there an AF Error Code or Check Vent Light on?
A clogged exhaust vent system slows moist air from leaving the dryer and extends drying time. Run the dryer for 5-10 minutes. Hold your hand under the outside exhaust hood to check the air movement. Does the home venting line need to be cleaned or tested?
If a dryer is heating but still has long dry times, the likely cause is a vent issue or restricted airflow. The venting going from the dryer to the outside of the home must be cleaned every one to two years or as needed when dry performance has decreased. You can also contact a professional vent cleaning service and have your vent inspected for obstructions.

What cycle was selected?
Cycle selection is important. If the clothes don't reach the desired dryness level, try selecting a different cycle, such as "More Dry" or "Regular."
Quick Dry and Rapid Dry are timed cycles designed to dry smaller loads. If clothes are too wet after the cycle has been completed, try running the Quick Dry or Rapid Dry cycle again. For best performance, use an automatic cycle.
Was a Steam Cycle selected?
Steam cycles are optimized for large, normal, or heavy loads. Using this feature with smaller loads could result in wet spots or condensation on the door or interior drum. The dryer will automatically tumble, pause, and introduce a small amount of moisture into the load to help reduce static and relax wrinkles. This option adds approximately 3-8 minutes to the total cycle time.
It is recommended to use this cycle, with wrinkle-free cotton, cotton-polyester blends, common knits, and synthetics, as it is best for smoothing out wrinkles and reducing odors from dry loads. Refer to garment care label instructions. Dry-clean-only garments are not recommended.
Is the dryer level?

Have you tried changing your Factory Dryness Level?
You can make adjustments to your Automatic Cycles by adjusting the Factory Dryness Level: If all your loads on all Automatic Cycles are consistently less dry or drier than you would like, you may change the default settings to increase or decrease the default dryness level. Refer to your Owner's Manual for information on your model number.
