However, our shopping experience at Best Buy was very positive. The floor staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up with this dryer that matched our needs at a good value and came with high quality delivery and installation service. So far, the dryer is running great.

I replaced an old but still working Maytag. I feel it works just the same and feel it will be the same quality product. I wish the top was flat so I could keep stuff on top of it without it falling off. I like to keep a dust cover at least on my dryer and this one I can't. Slides off. I like the wrinkle guard option too.
