Control panel is not completely at the back of the dryer so it takes room away from the top surface we use for folding clothes. To make matters even worse, the top is on a slope so folded and stacked clothes have slipped off, falling to the floor. Also, we were told not to press the touch control too hard because you have to have a light touch. Unfortunately, a light touch doesn’t start the dryer. I’m constantly trying to figure out just how much pressure is just right and how much is too much. Finally, the 3rd party delivery service that was used by the retailer showed up unprepared and wanted to just drop dryer off in our garage instead of our laundry room. They also neglected to show up on their scheduled day and did not call to let us know, explain, or apologize. Consequently, we missed two days of work. Overall, a very disappointing purchase. And very disappointed with Pacific Sales/Best Buy. It frustrates me to think how much money we have spent at their store in the last 18 months: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sharp robotic vacuum and dryer. Definitely need to shop elsewhere!
