I love working with Cody in the Orange location, he has worked with us on all of my purchases. The dryer is wonderful and very simple to work. The best option on it is the timer.

It is just the right dryer for us. It has almost everything that the LG that we exchanged it for and at the right price.

I do prefer my electric dryer better but this has been great so far.

I'm not sure if it's installation error or the dryer sensor itself but since the very first load, this dryer has been flashing the "check dryer vent" or "dryer vent clogged" "clear dryer vent for better drying" error messages. I keep taking out the dryer vent & making sure there is nothing in it. I've had it a month now & every load has to be dried several times to actually get dry. I have to put it on timed drying because it's got a sensor that thinks things are dry before they actually are. Not very efficient. I spent over two hours on hold with Best Buy while trying to chat with them online only to be told they had to send someone out to look at it and it would be a week & a half before they could get someone out. Then they sent out two "installation" guys.... WHAT?! The guys show up in a huge moving van & say they are there for installation. Makes no sense. I asked what they thought they were installing since they didn't bring any appliances with them. They just shrugged & said they are unable to do repairs. I have to call Best Buy again and wait on hold for two hours to speak with someone again who will hopefully send someone who can actually send the appropriate service person out? Still not sure if its the dryer or the installation since the original installation crew set my new washer up in Spanish as well... Not the best experience overall.

Similar to the Maytag washer in this series, this smart dryer comes with all you can expect - Advance Sensing, Mobile Alerts on your Phone and all the settings to customize the dry cycle to your needs. The only real drawback I've seen thus far is some of the "Sensing Smart Cycles" are a bit off if you are doing heavy blankets, it really wants you to fluff them up before they go into the dryer. Just take a moment post wash to de bundle any large items, then it should work just fine! Enjoy!

Getting to know the machine has its learning curve. It has a sensing ability for drying clothes based on load size. However, at times we are finding that the load is not completely dry with some clothes or articles slightly damp.

I've only been using this for about a week but it is used very often in my family of 5. I had bought the Samsung and returned it for this. Much better choice. Heated right up after it was hooked up unlike the Samsung and I haven't had any clothes caught on the steam nozzle like the Samsung. The lint filter is easy to clean unlike the "U" shape thing Samsung uses. I would recommend this to a friend and would but this again.

So far the dryer has been working great. I trust Maytag brand and Best Buy service.

We haven't had a gas dryer in quite a while and it is certainly doing the job better than the electric.

The dryer does a great job with all items. It also seems sturdy and is nice looking.

Maytag and Whirlpool need to find someone that can do a better job making sure their app works correctly. The employees in the Best Buy appliance section at the Mid Rivers store suck. They tried to say that Whirlpool and Maytag were completely different and knew nothing about how the apps for the appliances work.

Performs well, once you get get the hang of operating it.

Thyuis is a replacment of the same machine. excellent quality does a great job
