This is a good basic electric dryer that I installed in a rental property. tenants are happy with it.

We purchased this dryer recently and so far love how it works. It dries our clothes faster than our old and more expensive dryer. I would recommend this dryer.

Works great! Dries fast. Reliable and dependable. We had a fancier drier that didn’t work well, but this one has been fantastic for the past 2 months.

This electric dryer replaces the old Maytag dryer that we've used for almost 20 yrs, We are very happy to find this dryer and we know that it will last for a long time.

Reversible Door Hinge was a feature I needed, so I bought this model based on the description. There are no predrilled holes in the other side of the door edge, the hand hold area to open the door isn't reversible and would ultimately be on the same side as the hinges (if there were pre drilled holes) - so no way to open the door. AND, if we drilled new holes and turned the door upside down so the hand hold is on the correct side, the latch mechanism is on the bottom (not the top where it should be) and the shape of the door seal won't match the opening to the dryer. Maytag, this is a total design fail. Very disappointed.

We’ve had problems with this dryer since day 1. On several occasions it would take several attempts to fully dry the clothes even if I split up what I washed into two separate loads to dry. Now, after not having it for even 2 years it has completely stopped heating. We bought the matching set and wanted them specifically because they’re were larger capacity. I’ve been very disappointed w/ this dryer. We’ve replaced the heating element and several other parts and it still does not heat. The washer, however, is great - I have no complaints there. Possible that we just got a faulty dryer?

I hadn't bought a dryer in 15+ years so when my old Maytag finally gave out I went looking for a new one. I have been more than pleased with this one as a replacement

I think it’s a good value for its price point . Time will tell but happy s far. Delivery was great.

Overall experience was great from the purchase to the installation. All questions were answered when comparing models and the installation was when it was promised.

exactly what i was looking for. Works great and easy to order and was delivered quickly

It had to be repaired as soon as it arrived. Installer did not check to see if it actually heated up. And it did not heat up. So a week later BEST BUY sent a repair person who fixed it and now it works well. Wish I understood why I received a broken machine and why BEST BUY could not apologize or even show some compassion for the hassle. Overall I'll give it a grade of C.

As of now, it's doing great. Hopefully, it does great, and it will do much better than the last appliance I bought from Best Buys.

The dryer does a very good job but the sensor dry doesn't do a great job. It also doesn't sit at the same height of the washing machine.

Works great but when I removed it from the box the front was damage i was baffled machines need to be in a removable box so customer can inspect before leaving store instead spending hard earned money on a brand new appliance and getting it home only to find brand new item damaged im a truck driver had no extra time to take it back to store!

The Maytag appliances are getting better. Cost effective, efficient and a good basic machine

Loving the new dryer. Loads are dry the first time I check them. My old dryer was taking much longer to dry a load of laundry.

What a great dryer! Best Buy had a sale on the 4th of July and I decided to get this and the Washer. I think this thing will last forever. So well made!
