Was damage when removed from box

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great but when I removed it from the box the front was damage i was baffled machines need to be in a removable box so customer can inspect before leaving store instead spending hard earned money on a brand new appliance and getting it home only to find brand new item damaged im a truck driver had no extra time to take it back to store!

Was used 2-3 times a day for 18 months and then died. It started to leak oil and make noises after warrante expired. Yes it was over use.. but not happy about it
