But, if you actually want it to dry things don't buy this. It hasn't worked since the day I bought it. It takes 2-3 full cycles to get everything dry. I tried to fix this by halving the number of clothes I put into it, but it still did not work. I experimented with this machine putting more than four articles of clothing or three towels in, it will not fully dry the load. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.

Takes too long to dry

No power, no lights, we checked the breaker, was not flipped. Sudden without warning just never turned back on. We have a service appointment tomorrow and if whatever is wrong is not under manufacturer warranty, I’m out $150 and still need another dryer. Needless to say, unhappy so far. We are hoping just a faulty knob, but at 1 month- shouldn’t matter!!! We even purchased a 3 year warranty thinking it would take a crap at 1 year and a day. Nope.. far too soon.

It takes 3 to 4 cycles to dry towels. My regular clothes I dry on low and it takes 4 cycles to dry. One cycle is an hour.

Heating unit went out within first year

Cannot give it more than two stars though, because after 10 months the dryer stopped getting hot and needed repair. Luckily it was covered under the 1-year warranty. Hopefully this is not a yearly occurrence.
