I looked at the models available and was meticulously guided by the store manager. He made the purchase a pleasant experience and saved me a significant amount of money, affording a rebate that I plan on using before Xmas.

Better than a Front load washer

Had clothes that were just washed in my front load washer and just to test the new washer. I ran them again and the water was dirty.

Great drier

I typically use the sensor modes to dry and they work great 99% of the time. I only have issues with the whites for some reason, once in a while I have to put it in damp mode and that to she's care of it

Not as good as expected

That is the most important thing, right? I just wish the end cycle chime wasn’t just either off or on...on is LOUD! All and all it does the job, and we are happy with our purchase.
