What I don’t like is the knob to turn it to the setting you want is on a spring and it doesn’t feel sturdy. I turn it on gently. Also the drying time is not as good as my previous one. I don’t understand that. I have tried it on every setting.

I would prefer to choose a large appliance in person and I am not totally satisfied with the operation of this dryer. The dials are stiff and there are minimal settings but it seems to dry the clothes just fine.

Does well drying, seems to have a good moisture sensor - doesn’t over- or underdry. Good choice of drying levels. Dryer was damaged in shipment/delivery. Not happy with how long it took to resolve the issue.
