Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I put a medium load: 10 pairs of underwear, a couple of t-shirts and maybe a dozen small hand towels right out of my new washer into this thing. Settings: timed for 60 minutes and "High" heat. Pushed 'start' and let the thing go to work. About 60 minutes later I hear a nice loud buzz (one positive thing!) and go to retrieve my clothes. Can't, the reason: still pretty damp. Not dripping but definitely wet. (BTW, this is in Arizona high desert where the humidity is below 10%). Run it another 60 minutes. The dryer is warm, seems to be working. Another 60 minutes goes by, another buzz, still damp! Run it again for another 60 minutes, now, finally, pretty dry. THREE hours! My 18 year old Maytag dryer was taking a long time, but not like this! I should have kept it. If this is High-Efficiency, you can keep it! My family has been using Maytag for decades. Always great, until now. I would never recommend this product to anyone. And, BTW, so far, BEST BUY has been useless.

Light burnt out the first 6 months, for the last year we have to run it 2x to dry the clothes. Another piece of trash that needs to be replaced like the washer! Don't waste your money thinking you'll get 5+ years out of this because you won't. Pay the extra money a get a speed queen!
