Large Dryer

I did knock off a star because the other day I tried to dry something and it took 3 cycles to dry it maybe it was my fault and I put it on the wrong setting but I was annoyed about it because nothing else has had that problem. Also I was annoyed that there were scratches on the dryer and washer which made them seem like floor models and we bought brand new.
