Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not happy with having to purchase a pair of hose in order to have your delivery men to connect my appliances, when I showed them I had just purchases hoses the week before, that was a waste of my money, its a bad policy and you are taking advantage of your customers.

Instead he installed the dryer on the right side of washer instead of on the left which is more convenient for my wife and then it wouldn' t stick out as far as it does. This should be corrected.

Perfect washer dryer set

She was knowledgeable about the different products as well. The delivery and set up personnel was also very knowledgeable and careful to make it easy for my wife to understand. The whole experience was good. The only downfall was no manual was with the display washer.
