After less than 2 months, the fan blower went out. It took a week for the tech to come out. Then he took it apart and said they had to order the part. 5 days later and her laundry room floor is still scattered with dryer parts, including the dryer door. I called yesterday and they told me when the part gets in they'll call to set up a time, which could be a week AFTER they get the part. Really? Really? Really? Here's the comical thing- when I called Maytag for service the lady tried to sell me the extended warranty plan! True story. Nah. Yeah, truth. Let no good deed go unpunished.
