Great washer especially if you have a large family

Dog hair remains on cloths. Note: Will not purchase another item from BestBuy. In short, Purchasing Department didn't send my order to warehouse. The manager of the warehouse was rude and eventually hung up the phone. Had to speak to another manager. Sparing the rest of the details. Never going back to BestBuy. They could care less about their loyal customers.

Average dryer. Did not dry very well. Required multiple cycles for optimal dryness. I exchanged for the LG 9.0 high efficiency dryer which worked much much better.

Dries really good...not as quiet as I thought it would be!!!

I like the options available for the different type of clothes.

love it. got it for my wife and she has been happy with it.

Haven't had it long enough to notice any issues as yet.

Lint trap is a bad design hard to get the lint out

I was disappointed when I pulled my clothes out after a whole cycle and they were still wet, you HAVE to put on more dry inorder for your stuff to dry, and no I didn't have too much in the dryer, I literally had 2 jackets and 1 pair of jeans.

This dryer has been out of service longer than I actually used it. It turns on, but won’t heat. Geek said came out and blamed the entro al because they couldn’t fix it. Paid an electrician and no Isaí. Geek squad came back out and blamed electrical again. Had the electrician come out with Geek Squad there. It’s not the electrical. Now I am waiting to get parts replaced that were already replaced the first time they came out. Poor quality. Right now I have a very expensive paperweight.

Having difficulty finding a setting that fully dries our clothes. It’s annoying to find them still damp.

Do not like this washer at all. Clothing are twisted and tangled together. Too deep. Hard to reach the bottom to pick up clothes

First, I bought this online without looking at it. It’s HUGE! It dwarfs my washer. Everything is electronic so it makes noises at everything you do. It makes me check the lint thingie (collector?) before starting even if I just did before turning it on. I don’t know if the sensor is off, but every time I take clothes out, one or two things are still damp and everything else is fine. I really should have returned it and gotten a different model.

Just okay, my previous GE dryer that broke dried much faster when it was new. This has a large capacity but takes an hour for a medium sized load.

The efficiency features don’t dry the clothes very well, takes several cycles for a standard load.

If you try to dry two bath towels in a normal load, you have to run it twice to get the result!

I believe this dryer has a “sensor” as to when items are dried Fully, but when I put blankets in some will be dry and some will be damp still.

This dryer is iffy. The first one we had took two to three dry cycles to dry things. The second one made loud thuddy, knocking noises upon every other or so start up, but did dry well. The third one did not dry thoroughly, and now we are on the fourth, which so far seems to be ok, only done one load so far.

I am not a big fan of this dryer. To begin with it is slightly wider than stated as the sides bulge out slightly, so look out for that. Whatever genius designed this made the top curved so anything you might place on top, say a laundry basket, slides right off. Next, the fancy electronic controls can't detect your fingers if they are at all damp, like if you had just transferred wet laundry into a dryer. Last, the sensor that detects the airflow out the vent is way too sensitive. If there is a right angle in the tubing at all it won't let you start the dryer. In effect we have to keep the dryer in the middle of the room when it's running. I would recommend another dryer
