Did not credit my McAfee account when activated

When you try to activate it it say it has already been used. Kind of a rip off. I have purchased a different version and will try again but am out of my money

Compatibility issue with macOS

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having spent a few hours talking to McAfee and then Best Buy's customer services, I was finally told by one of Best Buy's service reps that this McAfee antivirus software is only compatible with macOS 10.12 - 10.15, i.e, it is only going to work up to macOS Catalina. This is the first time I got into the situation that I have to look into the fine prints of AntiVirus softwares to make sure it is working with the latest computer operating system!!!

not user friendly

Had difficulty finding VPN setting. (never found it) No returns on digital downloads. Went back to Norton and negotiated for a lower rate. Glad I didn't sign up for the more expensive McAfee. I was only out $19.

Watch your Windows Version

The download wouldn't even start. I tried on several other devices, but to no avail.
