Great simple converter box for cord-cutters

It even has a USB port to plug in a flash drive or hard drive to use for DVR purposes. The scheduling functionality is somewhat basic, but it's good enough to record at specific times.

Really nice machine

The remote has buttons for all the functions and there are prompts at the bottom of each page to guide you. I use a 2t external drive to store the data. The machine will format it also. Pleasantly surprised. Thumbs up.

But, I have to have the TV set to 3 or 4 to use device to be able to record, and not all channels show up. I’ve tried channel 3 and 4 and loop to see if it will pick up to to be able to record.
