This is a nice device, but if you have a sound bar and are going to use this with a projector. You will have an audio lag. But setup was quick.

My client loves it and uses it every day. Very reliable and does the job.

Wonderful way to build your own blutooth setup. Wish it allowed more than 2 headphones to connect.

We have been searching for a while for two headphones that we could use simultaneously to listen to our "Smart" TV. The TV does not have Blue Tooth so finding the right transmitter/receiver that would do this has been tough. We've tried one before, and it didn't work either. Anyways, we talked to an associate at Best Buy about our dilemma, and he told us that this one would do the job. Well, I finally got the first one to take (instructions are awful), but it will not take the second one. Also, once the first one is connected, it looks like for all intense purposes that the second one will connect, but after about a minute, it says it failed to connect (did this over and over...again). You also continue to hear this voice every time you turn on the device, and when you disconnect. I checked the other headset, and it works with my computer, so don't know why it won't connect to this dual audio transmitter/receiver. Well, at least one of us can listen at a time. :-(

Working great for exactly what we needed. My wife and I can now watch movies at separate volumes loud on my headphones so I can hear and quiet on hers so she not blasted out of her seat. Happy wife...

Works really well and easy to use. Can watch late at night without disturbing others.

The device worked good, just when you turn off your headset , no matter the volume on the tv , it has to loudly tell you it’s shutting off.

Had too low quality sound for me, But functional it was easy to set up and work.

Not very effective. I wear hearing aids and need blue tooth connectivity. Every time I turn it on I have to re pair my devices with the Connect Hub. Streaming is often choppy and falls off entirely.

So far works as intended. With a 10 month old now we wanted to start watching some shows but not disturb her as she napped with us there. Time will tell how long it lasts as we've 9nly used it a few times

good for what I bought it to do. Easy to install and start using

We used it to connect multiple headsets to a single TV, mostly the kids TV. I would highly suggest headphones for all the TVs, due to COVID not having the TV noise as a distraction has been helpful.

Walked into Best Buy to just browse items - Saw this on sale and absolutely love this Bluetooth Transmitter- have it on my main floor and have had no issues with a speaker on my 2nd floor. Easy as can be set up

This is a great piece of equipment to go along with my entertainment system. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. It was money well spent. It provides the service that I'd hoped for.

Experienced a few problems with connectivity. However, their Customer Service resolved. Highly recommended...

It was exactly what my husband wanted (as a gift). His only other comment what that it did not come with a charging cord.

Set up device to be used with a sound bar as i use a projector and wanted my sound bar in front of me under my screen and since my projector along with cable box are behind me i didn't want to route any cables. Well to start the volume was really low i had to use its volume amplifier at max, and the worst was the delay almost 2sec delivery completely throwing off all the dialogue.. i played around with setting and it didn’t improve, i had even used optical sound cable for best delivery to transmitter. I returned it with in 24hrs too expensive to keep for such low performance

This is a great solution to your home entertainment center to keep watching after the family have gone to bed! Just turn off the voice prompts!

Excellent product . Very easy to operate . I connected my Bluetooth headphones and noise quality is amazing
