Bought two to set up in different rooms. Easy connection allowing two people to have the enjoyment of listening quietly while pets and children are sleeping. A perfect solution for a not so uncommon problem.

now that tv are taking out the audio output jack and only leaving the optical link needed something like this to interface with myaudio stuff , do wish it had an audio out jack as well as an audio in jack My error was plugging in my wired earphones as bluetooth was not working yet.
My though you needed an audio output jack mor than an audio input jack as ther are many cheaper blue tooth converter that plug into the audio output jack , bought becase its chief feature was converting OPTICAL to bluetooth an audio output jack would have been cheap to add in.
took awhile to get working with my tyV realized it was trying to connect to the bluetooth in my laptop, so shut off the laptop and it was fine.
Final comment wish it had a volume control as my ear set does not have volume control

I purchased it because both my wife and I are up late. We live in an apartment so we don't want to disturb others. We also purchased 2 headsets to go along with the MEE auto connector. Since I am not mechanically inclined, I used the Geek Squad to connect the device and headsets. It took time but when it was done it became what a pleasure to listen to TV late without worrying about disturbing others. At times it is a little finicky when trying to connect to the MEE audio. but it will connect. Why I gave it 4 stars. I do recommend this device.

Works great once you figure out how to connect it (which is easy). I have it connected to my HD TV so, that I can turn off the sound on my TV and use my wireless headphones to listen to the program so, I don't disturb my family.

It’s a good piece of equipment. Definitely does the job. Pairing devices can get a bit frustrating sometimes as it does whenever you don’t have a screen to assist you, but once paired, sounds comes through with no delay and great quality. No interference, either. Much better brand than Aluratek, which is the device I replaced with this. Great for watching late night movies or sports without waking others up, for gaming without disrupting the neighbors, or to enjoy entertainment without disturbing others.

Pairing with my headphones was somewhat difficult. I was not able to successfully connect using the digital optical audio cable. My tv has the tv digital output, but I could not get audio to my headphones. Otherwise everything worked as advertised.

After searching on a bluetooth device, I decited to give this one a try. I used if for a simple TCL TV so I could play the sound from my stereo in my garage. Easy to setup, just follow the simple directions. I have noticed that on my devices, I have to press the setup each time to use but not a big deal for me. I think it is because of the age on my add on bluetooth receiver. Works very well. Very slight latency as others mentioned but I just turn down the volume on the TV and it's fine.

I was looking for something small that I could connect to my TV and have it stream to a set of Bluetooth headphone and a Soundbar. This little device did it. It was very easy to setup, and has been flawlessly working for a month (we use this everyday).

I bought the 30 dollar version of this and it didn't work that well, pairing was a pain. This device works 10 times better but is a little pricey at 60 dollars.

It is a great concept, and I must admit I was very pleased on how easy setup was for this item. The audio quality was very superb with my Beats Headphones on initial setup; however, when I turned on the headphones for the second time it showed there was a connection (solid blue light on the connect and Beats) but no audio. Several attempts have been made to no avail. Seriously considering on exchanging to see if it was a defective device. At this point I would not recommend it.

This little 'puck' of a transmitter worked great to add a bluetooth option to my parents tv, for adding a speaker so that they can hear. The only downfall is, that not all tv's are bluetooth equipped. Additionally, a lot of the tv's that we've seen, only allow for 1 or 2 connection options. This does not allow for much ease in connecting items. We used an optical cable, from the tv, to the bluetooth transmitter, to a Bose portable speaker, so that my hearing impaired parents could finally watch tv and be able to understand what was being said. They were constantly getting frustrated with not being able to hear/understand what was being said on the programs. Closed caption can be annoying too, when you find your self spending more time reading, then you do actually enjoying a show. This set up we did worked GREAT! Now everyone can enjoy.

Connect any bluetooth speaker on PS4 Pro

Did exactly what I intended for use. I bought this so I can connect a bluetooth speaker and headphones that weren't compatible with my PS4 Pro. I had to go this far just to do that with Sony (SMH).
There is like a 0.25 - 0.8 seconds latency at times. It's a very minor desync but give it about a few seconds and it's all good.
I play a mix of JRPG, Action, and Fighters on the PS4 Pro and it works great.
The reason I keep saying PS4 Pro and not just the regular PS4 or Slim is they may or does not have the port in the back that will be compatible for the plug in it uses (Digital Optical S/PDIF audio cable).
It does come with 2 other audio jacks (3.5 mm and the RCA audio cables).
