I know my headphones work as they connect to my phone right away. Sometimes they connect, sometimes they don't. Even when it connects, sometimes it disconnects for no reason. Somewhat painful but does when it is supposed to when it works.

Terrible Quality - Does Not work properly

It rarely auto-pairs to my Bluetooth headphones the way it's supposed to - and even when I am able to get it to pair, it only holds the pair for 5-10min and then it drops... Each time I have to get up from the couch, go 9ver to the device. Turn it off and back on again, then get it to pair to the headphones again, only to have it drop the connect AGAIN 5min later... How a product with SUCH POOR QUALITY is carried by BestBuy is very disappointing. I will not be shopping with Bestbuy in the future. Warning to others: DONT buy this product.
