Sound purchase, no, sound delay, yes

That really throws you off when you’re watching a show imagine seeing explosion and then three seconds later hearing it. I could not find any way to fix this issue. I called the company and they did not answer. It went right to voicemail so I left a message and I never heard back.

Won’t stay connected

The need reconnected each use and take forever, I bought Sony $350 headphones and they do the same thing. Not happy with this purchase it’s been 2 months

Couldn’t get it to work.

We could never get the second device to connect. Tv is a new Sony OLED. Ear buds are Apple air pods and over ear headphones. We tried all of our Apple devices. We returned it.
