I’ll have to sit there for upto 15 minutes sometimes to reconnect. This happens almost every time I go to use it

Doesn't work for older smart TVs

I bought it, read the directions, and bought the Y adapter they indicated that I needed to make it work with my TV, only to discover that it won't work if the TV isn't labeled AUDIO OUT in white letters by the audio out ports.

Immediately returned. Needs to have an app that helps you connect it, like a smart home device - flashing lights to indicate if you've connected to a bluetooth device, without telling which one? it's 2021...no bueno.

I explained to the sales rep in detail what kind of TV i had and headphones and i felt like the sales rep was just brushing me off. I'm not satisfied with this device. I disconnected it and put it away. Poor overall.
