It was a waste of money and I had tossed the box so couldn't return so I literally tossed the product. Maybe it was me but the setup should be straightforward and it did not work for me.

Doesn’t work

TV was set to optical input. All wires were securely in place - then nothing. Tried with a different set of headphones - nothing. Reset device to factory settings and did it all again. Nothing.

Quit working in less than a year.

Awaste of money

And trying to get support to help me get it to work is a waste of phone minutes. By the way I hav a Vizio smart tv and a Samsung smart tv that I tried to get it to work on.

When I took it back I was told I should buy the big headset they had to go with it. I wasn’t going to spend another $100 for headsets

Worked then didn't work
