Bought to allow our elderly mother to hear the television without having to turn the tv up so loud others could not hear. Paired with inexpensive speaker and works,great!!

First time it was difficult to start using with my Sony MDR1000X wireless earphones. I called there support line and the customer service agent had me going in a few minutes. Works great without distortion and I use the USB from my DVR to power the unit. I would recommend using this unit and buying yourself better wireless Bluetooth earphones.

Fairly small product. Came with all the cabling which was a nice surprise. I have yet to try it out. It is all setup through the toshlink setup. It was easy to setup. I just have not had the time to really give it a try.

At last, a tech item that actually works right out of the box without making me feel that I want to throw it across the room in exasperation. I had it up and running in minutes at it performs well—much better range than the unit it replaced, too.

Great device to connect audio from TV to a pair of headphones and it's useful to watch TV (Or other Video) in a noisy environment (My HVAC in a small condo is very loud). It's a bit tricky to install so I'm glad the Geek Squad was available to help.

Convenient to workout and listen to tv without bothering anyone else with your television show. Can be hard to connect via Bluetooth sometimes but works well when connected.

Needed new wireless headphones running thru an old receiver with a jack. This device plugs into the receiver & creates a bluetooth hookup to my new headphones, yes, bluetooth headphones. I paired the device with Skull candy Hesh3 headphones, too good. Thought I would need a new receiver so this device saved the day.

Works as promised but some headphones will not connect . I purchased the Onn ear phones and they worked great.

Just purchased and only used a few times. Seems work ok. Plugged into the back of my TV about 10ft from my bed, where I used the headphones. Felt like when I moved to certain area of the bed, it would cut out connection for a split second. Not sure if needs to have line of sight with the headphones. Other than that, I haven't tested leaving the room to see if the connection holds. Only a 3 star at the moment. Would've like Bestbuy to offer more options on these transmitters.

Tv does not have blue tooth so I picked this up and connecting was simple. Automatically connects to my headphones when I turn them on. Down side is the price. Seems a little pricey for what you get. Yet works fine

This is a replacement for the same model I purchased that didn’t last 2 months. Works well... when it works as it’s suppose to. Not happy with the manufacturer as they won’t return my calls for the original purchase issue/warranty. Not happy with Best Buy because to get their help I needed to buy their extended warranty... for a product they sell that has a manufacturer warranty which obviously I can’t access. Not a good customer satisfaction program.

We absolutely love this item. We use it to connect our wireless headphones to our TV so we can watch it at night. The only problem I have with this product is that it disconnects the headphones every time you turn them off and when you are ready to use them again you have to reconnect them. Its not a huge problem but it would be great if you didn't have to take this extra step every time you wanted to use them.
