This device does exactly what it says it can do, and it does it very well. I have had no problems connecting with two different wireless headphones. I experience no dropouts, and the quality of the sound is very good.

Great little unit bought it so i could hook up wireless headphones to older tv that doesn't have bluetooth worked great.

I get really frustrated with this product sometimes. This is the second one I've tried after I returned the first one. The first one was a pain to connect almost every time I turned on my tv. The second one is a pain too sometimes but not as bad as the first one. These things are way over priced since they don't want to work properly all the time. Was thinking about buying a second one but changed my mind.

This is a great product to watch TV with another person without disturbing anyone. It is worth getting if there are times the room or house must be quiet.

This Bluetooth transmitter is exactly what I needed. Installation was a snap and it paired with my stereo headphones in seconds. For me the best thing about it is that the instant I turn on my headphones the transmitter also kicks in. I’m very pleased.

This unit allows me to connect two headphones on the same tv so my wife and I can watch a movie with theater like sound.

This is a lifesaver for my ears. My mother is hard of hearing and this lets her listen to the TV as loud as she wants. Connects quickly with Bose earbuds.

We purchased this device to provide bluetooth capability for an older TV. The device was easy to connect, and the BT headset we selected found the ME Audio and connected readily. No problems are evident after one month of use.

This is exactly what I needed. We set a blue tooth speaker next to my mothers chair. Now she can hear the tv and the rest of us aren’t blasted by the column.

Easy to use and works well! Was just the thing I was looking for!

I was very happy with the ease of setup. My bluetooth headphones were detected right away and I have not had any problems with it. Now I can listen to my television without disturbing roommates. I would recommend this device for other customers.

This device is great for making audio turn from a speaker sound to a wireless signal. Some of the cons is that the connection is somewhat complicated and takes some time.

This is our second purchase of this item, on 2 different T.V.s. Both were easy to install and works fine.

My brother-in-law is tech handicapped and wasted a bunch of money buying junk on the web. All he wanted to do was listen to the bedroom TV and let my sister sleep. This little transmitter synced immediately to his headphones and has been working perfect ever since.

Works great but it was a little tricky getting it to pair with our outdoor TV so we could use our Bluetooth speakers.

The reason for the review summary "does what it says" is because it is a Bluetooth transmitter. However there is a slight delay from the sound leaving the source and arriving to the Bluetooth headset. The delay is about 1 to 2 seconds which can be a lot because it makes what you see and what you hear not in sync. However since the device the sound is emitting from does not have Bluetooth capabilities this transmitter will have to do until an upgrade is available. And the upgrade is not the transmitter :-)

My older tv doesn't have bluetooth so I use the MEE audio - Connect Universal Dual-Headphone Bluetooth Audio Transmitter to transmit sound to my bluetooth headphones. This helps me to hear the news better and I can even move around while listening.
